Northeast Women’s Psychiatry is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (HMO Blue, PPO, Indemnity) and Mass General Brigham Health Plan / Optum. We also accept payments directly from patients who are self-pay or out-of-network.
Some insurance companies have out-of-network benefits that may provide reimbursement for psychiatric services. If you plan to use this benefit, prior to your first appointment you should check with your insurance plan to confirm the availability of out-of-network benefits, the portion of expenses covered, and any applicable deductibles. The practice is happy to provide you with a receipt with the required information for your insurance company, sometimes referred to as a "superbill."
The hourly fee for your first visit is $375 and is paid upfront for self-pay and out-of-network patients.
Thereafter, the fee for 30 minute follow-up psychiatry visits is $250 paid upfront.
Patients are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance plans, including copayments and deductibles, subject to contractual agreements with carriers. Please see our financial consent form for further details.
You can always use your FSA or HSA funds to pay for your services and copayments.
